I'm Karen — 22, founder of Sarnatskaya Studio.

My path started far from marketing. I trained at the ballet conservatory, becoming a professional dancer across Spain and Russia, while studying fine arts alongside it. From there, I spent three years at Google, growing into a Product Specialist role — I started as an Account Strategist, administering a portfolio of over 400 high-budget accounts — before founding my own agency and stepping in as CMO and Creative Director at FiFixU.

That mix is exactly why I don't approach brands like everyone else does. This studio runs on a simple obsession: ideas that don't stop coming. Restless, relentless, always three ideas ahead of the last one — proof that youth isn't a limitation, it's an edge.

Today I work with 40+ brands across Spain, LATAM, UK and US — combining performance marketing, creative direction, and a genuinely different point of view to build something that stands out.
